Isolasi Dan Identifikasi Primer Jamur Endofit Dari Tumbuhan Obat Nagasari (Mesua ferrea)

Abstract


ABSTRAK Tujuh isolat jamur endofit berhasil diisolasi dari daun dan ranting nagasari (Mesua ferrea) yang tumbuh di Kedungbanteng, Banyumas. Isolat jamur diidentifikasi berdasarkan morfologi koloni dan pengamatan spora menggunakan mikroskop cahaya. Salah satu isolat jamur diidentifikasi sebagai as Penicillium sp., dua isolat jamur endofit merupakan Aspergillus sp., dan empat isolat lain belum teridentifikasi. Kata kunci: Aspergillus sp., endofit, Mesua ferrea, Penicillium sp. ABSTRACT Seven isolates of endophytic fungi were collected from the leaves and stems of iron wood (M. ferrea) collected from Kedungbanteng, Banyumas, Indonesia. All isolates were identified based on their colony morphology and examination of spores using light microscopes. One isolate was identified as Penicillium sp., two isolates belonged to Aspergillus sp., and four strains were unidentified. Key words: Aspergillus sp., endophyte, Mesua ferrea, Penicillium sp.
