Rancang Bangun Sabuk Pemanas sebagai Solusi Perawatan di Rumah bagi Penderita Nyeri Punggung Bawah

Penderita nyeri punggung sering dijumpai dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Sebuah terapi alternatif untuk mengatasi nyeri punggung bawah telah dikembangkan melalui terapi panas menggunakan suatu instrumentasi medis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat alat terapi nyeri punggung berupa sabuk pemanas. Beberapa komponen yang digunakan dalam membuat sabuk pemanas untuk terapi nyeri punggung ini yaitu Arduino Nano, button / tombol, sensor suhu DHT22, heater / pemanas, driver L298N, dan LCD dengan ukuran karakter 16x2. Sedangkan sabuknya terbuat dari material kulit sintetis dan karet. Pada bagian tengah sabuk terdapat zona untuk pemanas. Permukaan sabuk pemanas terbuat dari bahan katun agar lebih efisien untuk menghantarkan panas dan nyaman untuk digunakan di kulit. Spons berfungsi sebagai tambahan lapisan untuk meratakan panas dan lebih nyaman saat dipakai. Sensor suhu diletakkan antara katun dan spons, pemanas diletakkan setelah lapisan spons dan bagian luar sabuk dibuat menggunakan material karet dan kulit sintetis. Sabuk ini juga dilengkapi dengan fitur kontrol suhu pemanas pada kisaran suhu 35-45°C dan timer antara 1-20 menit yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan akurasi kontrol suhu sebesar 96,07% dan akurasi fitur timer sebesar 98,5%. Untuk meredakan nyeri punggung, alat ini dapat diatur penggunaannya pada suhu 45°C selama 15-20 menit. Sabuk pemanas untuk terapi nyeri punggung ini dapat menjadi solusi perawatan di rumah bagi penderita nyeri punggung bawah.References
