Analisis Faktor Kesediaan UKM Batik Di Kota Pekalongan Melakukan CSR

Abstract


Isu mengenai kerusakan lingkungan akibat perilaku manusia menjadi perhatian luas belakangan ini. Salah satu penyumbang dari masalah ini adalah lilmbah produksi UKM batik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kesediaan UKM untuk melakukan CSR berdasarkan ukuran UKM, umur UKM, pertumbuhan UKM dan etika dalam berbisnis UKM. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Pekalongan. Tahap-tahap dalam penelitian ini diawali dari persiapan untuk survey kemudian pelaksanaan survey yang bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner kemudian tahap analisis data dan yang terakhir adalah tahap pembuatan hasil. Pemberian skor yang digunakan dalam kuesioner penelitian ini adalah teknik skala Likert. Data dalam penelitian ini  menggunakan data primer. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan SPSS sebagai alat analisis dengan objek penelitian yaitu UKM Batik. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah etika bisnis dan pertumbuhan UKM berpengaruh terhadap kemauan UKM untuk melakukan CSR. Sedangkan usia UKM, ukuran UKM dan tipe UKM tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemauan UKM untuk melakukan CSR
