Abstract

Keberhasilan perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh hasil kerja karyawannya. Maka dari itu perusahaan perlu melakukan kegiatan manajemen yang berdaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh antara Social Media Technologies terhadap Organizational Learning, menganalisis pengaruh antara Inclusive Leadershipterhadap Organizational Learning dan menganalisis pengaruh antara Organizational Learning terhadap Innovative Work Behavior karyawan pada perusahaan Telekomunikasi di Jakarta . Penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian hypotesis testing, dengan metode SEM (structural equation modeling) dengan melakukan pengumpulan data terhadap objek penelitian kepada karyawan yang bekerja di sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Telekomunikasi yang berada di wilayah Jakarta. Terdapat pengaruh positif pada variable Social Media Technologies dan varibale Inclusive Leadership terhadap Organizational Learning dan pengaruh positif pada variable Organizational Learning terhadap Innovative Work Behavior.
