Memperkuat Resiliensi Keluarga Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19: Sumber Kekuatan Keluarga Minangkabau

Resiliensi keluarga merupakan kombinasi karakteristik keluarga yang memungkinkan anggota keluarga mengatasi kesulitan dan menampilkan hasil yang positif. Setiap keluarga memiliki karakteristik unik, sehingga perlu mempertimbangkan konteks budaya dimana keluarga tinggal. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan resiliensi keluarga saat menghadapi pandemi COVID-19 pada masyarakat Sumatera Barat yang dipengaruhi budaya Minangkabau dan mengkaji sumber daya yang lebih berkontribusi dalam penguatan resiliensi keluarga. Penelitian ini melibatkan 411 anggota keluarga di berbagai wilayah Sumatera Barat dengan mengisi kuesioner Walsh Family Resilience- Questionnaire (WFRQ) (α = 0.868) yang dikonstruksi oleh Walsh (2012). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskiptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa resiliensi keluarga pada keluarga Minangkabau berada pada tingkat sedang (73%). Kemudian dari hasil analisis lanjutan menggunakan regresi sederhana diketahui bahwa sumber daya yang memiliki kontribusi terbesar dalam penguatan ketahanan keluarga pada keluarga Minangkabau adalah komponen Communication and Problem-solving Processes khususnya pada subkomponen Collaborative Problem-solving yaitu sekitar 70,7%.
