Tingkat Kesejahteraan Psikologis Ditinjau dari Tipe Kepribadian Big Five

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan kesejahteraan psikologis antara lima tipe kepribadian utama. Sebuah tes yang berbeda menggunakan analisis statistik Kruskall-Wallis digunakan dalam penyelidikan ini. Skala Inventarisasi Lima Besar dan Skala Kesejahteraan Psikologis yang dimodifikasi digunakan dalam alat penelitian untuk mengukur Kepribadian Lima Besar. 84 partisipan dalam penelitian ini dipilih dengan teknik incidental sampling. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa lima tipe kepribadian utama memiliki dampak besar pada kesejahteraan psikologis (Sig = 0,031 0,05). Faktor kepribadian dengan rata-rata kesejahteraan psikologis tertinggi adalah conscientiousness (43,70), sedangkan neurotisisme memiliki rata-rata kesejahteraan psikologis terendah (19,50).
