Kecenderungan Siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Melakukan Bullying: Kecerdasan Spiritual Sebagai Prediktor

Perilaku membuly merupakan tindakan yang dilakukan dengan sadar yang bermaksud menyakiti seseorang secara fisik atau verbal yang dilakukan berulang. Kecerdasan spiritual diperlukan untuk menyadarkan seseorang dalam bersikap dan menyelesaikan permasalahan-permasalahan yang terjadi dengan kemampuan pikiran serta pengelolaan diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kecenderungan perilaku membuly pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif korelasional. 172 siswa terlibat sebagai partisipan dan dipilih dengan teknik proportionale stratified random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan skala kecerdasan spiritual dan skala bullying. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai (R2=0,193; t = -6.372; p<0,000) sehingga disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh negatif kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kecenderungan perilaku membuly siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan
