Trengginas: Sebuah Konsep Psikologi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali dan menganalisis konsep "trengginas" secara mendalam dari perspektif psikologis. Konsep trengginas merujuk pada karakteristik individu yang aktif, terampil, kreatif, tangkas, dan mampu bekerja keras dalam menyelesaikan tugas. Meskipun ada beberapa padanan kata seperti agile atau grit, kedalaman dan cakupan konsep trengginas membuatnya sulit dijelaskan dengan konsep yang sudah ada. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan grounded theory. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode coding. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep trengginas mencakup kemampuan untuk merespon secara kognitif dan konsisten berdasarkan kondisi diri dalam gerakan tertentu baik itu secara multitasking dan fleksibel. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang konsep trengginas dan kontribusi untuk membangun serta mengembangkan teori baru terkait trengginas dari perspektif psikologis.
