Keterikatan Kerja Karyawan Swasta Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19: Peran Ketidakamanan Kerja dan Modal Psikologis

Abstract


Pandemi covid-19 telah menyebabkan krisis di berbagai bidang kehidupan, terutama industri dan organisasi. Kondisi yang tidak pasti menyebabkan turunnya semangat karyawan dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis keterikatan kerja karyawan swasta di masa pandemi covid-19 ditinjau dari persepsi ketidakamanan kerja dan modal psikologis. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri atas Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-9 (α= 0,948), skala job insecurity (α= 0,925), dan PsyCap Questionnaires (α= 0,936). Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 100 karyawan swasta yang bekerja di masa pandemi covid-19 yang dipilih dengan teknik convenience sampling. Analisis data penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan multiple regression analysis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan peran signifikan ketidakamanan kerja dan modal psikologis terhadap keterikatan kerja sebesar 36,7% (p<0,05). Hasil analisis ini menunjukkan bahwa ketidakamanan kerja dan modal psikologis secara bersama-sama dapat memprediksi keterikatan kerja pada karyawan.
