Kontrak Psikologis pada Karyawan Kontrak Bagian Marketing Di PT Nasmoco Purwokerto

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kontrak psikologis pada karyawan kontrak bagian marketing di PT Nasmoco Purwokerto. Kontrak Psikologis terbagi menjadi tiga dimensi yaitu transactional contract, relational contract dan balanced contract. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan kontrak bagian marketing yang berjumlah 30 orang. Uji validitas data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik korelasi Product Moment, sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Alpha Croncbach. Skor validitas untuk skala kontrak psikologis bergerak dari aitem terkecil sampai aitem terbesar yaitu r= 0,385 sampai r=0,744 dengan skor reliabilitas sebesar α = 0,926. Penelitian mengungkap bahwa Kontrak Psikologis karyawan kontrak bagian marketing di PT Nasmoco berada pada dimensi transactional contract dengan perincian pada dimensi transactional contract terdapat 26 subyek, pada kategori dimensi relational contract terdapat 1 subyek, dan pada dimensi balanced contract terdapat 3 subyek.
