Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dokter-pasien terhadap kecemasan pasca melahirkan dengan tindakan sectio caesarea di RSUD. Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Pengambilan subjek penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling yang berjumlah 88 ibu pasca melahirkan dengan tindakan sectio caesarea. Pengambilan data penelitian menggunakan Skala Komunikasi Dokter Pasien dan Skala Kecemasan Pasca Melahirkan Dengan Tindakan Sectio Caesarea. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik regresi linier. Hasil analisis menunjukkan Fhitung 112,904, (Fhitung > Ftabel) yaitu 112,904>3,95. Hal ini berarti ada pengaruh komunikasi dokter-pasien terhadap kecemasan pasca melahirkan dengan tindakan sectio caesarea. Variabel komunikasi terbukti memberikan sumbangan sebesar 56,8% terhadap kecemasan, sedangkan 43,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
