Hubungan Technology Acceptance Model dengan Niat Penggunaan Learning Management System Pada Mahasiswa

Abstract

Kecenderungan mahasiswa untuk memanfaatkan Ubaya Learning Space (ULS) berkaitan erat dengan cara mereka menilai manfaat sistem, persepsi terhadap kemudahan penggunaannya, serta sikap yang terbentuk terhadap platform tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan desain korelasional dan melibatkan 304 mahasiswa aktif di Universitas Surabaya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert yang disusun berdasarkan kerangka Technology Acceptance Model, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik korelasi. Temuan statistik menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kegunaan memiliki hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan dengan niat mahasiswa untuk menggunakan ULS (r = 0.737; p < 0.05). Persepsi kemudahan penggunaan juga memperlihatkan hubungan positif yang bermakna dengan intensi penggunaan (r = 0.462; p < 0.05). Selain itu, sikap mahasiswa terhadap platform digital tersebut terbukti berasosiasi secara positif dan signifikan dengan niat perilaku untuk mengadopsinya (r = 0.696; p < 0.05). Secara keseluruhan, ketiga faktor tersebut secara bersama-sama berperan dalam membentuk kesiapan dan kemauan mahasiswa untuk memanfaatkan ULS dalam proses pembelajaran.
