Pengembangan dan Validasi Skala Nilai Kerja pada Karyawan Generasi Z

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengadaptasi dan memvalidasi instrumen Work Values pada karyawan Generasi Z di Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan karena Generasi Z memiliki karakteristik dan orientasi work values yang berbeda akibat perkembangan teknologi digital dan perubahan dunia kerja. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 458 karyawan Generasi Z berusia 18–30 tahun. Proses adaptasi instrumen dilakukan melalui tahapan forward translation, sintesis, back translation, expert committee review, dan pretesting. Analisis data menggunakan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) second-order dan uji reliabilitas Composite Reliability. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 25 aitem, sebanyak 17 aitem dinyatakan valid dengan nilai loading factor > 0,50, AVE > 0,50, dan Composite Reliability > 0,70. Analisis CFA second-order menunjukkan bahwa seluruh dimensi secara signifikan membentuk konstruk work values. Dengan demikian, instrumen hasil adaptasi dinyatakan valid dan reliabel untuk mengukur work values Generasi Z.
