Tren, Klaster Tematik, dan Kesenjangan Riset Mindfulness: Sebuah Analisis Bibliometrik

Penelitian mengenai mindfulness dalam konteks kesehatan mental berkembang pesat dalam satu dekade terakhir, namun pemetaan tren dan struktur penelitian secara komprehensif masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perkembangan penelitian mindfulness dalam konteks kesehatan mental menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik. Data diperoleh dari basis data Scopus dengan proses seleksi mengacu pada alur PRISMA sehingga diperoleh 15.442 artikel yang diterbitkan pada periode 2015–2025. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan VOSviewer versi 1.6.20 melalui co-occurrence kata kunci untuk menghasilkan network, overlay, dan density visualization. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa publikasi mengenai mindfulness terus meningkat selama periode pengamatan. Analisis mengidentifikasi tujuh klaster utama yang didominasi oleh tema mental health, mindfulness, depression, anxiety, well-being, dan self-compassion. Selain itu, penelitian terbaru mulai mengarah pada topik emotion regulation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, virtual reality, dan populasi khusus. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran mengenai perkembangan, struktur intelektual, dan peluang penelitian mindfulness dalam konteks kesehatan mental serta dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan penelitian selanjutnya.
