KONSEP DASAR FLOURISHING DALAM PSIKOLOGI POSITIF

Flourishing sebagai salah satu konsep dalam psikologi positif yang saat ini mulai banyak dikaji. Flourishing menggambarkan individu yang memiliki level well-being yang tinggi didasarkan pada teori hedonic dan eudaimonic. Tujuan dari literature review ini adalah untuk mengkaji teori-teori yang mendasari flourishing, serta perkembangan flourishing pada penelitian-penelitian yang telah dilakukan. Berdasarkan studi literatur yang telah dilakukan, terdapat empat konsep utama floursihing yang dikemukakan oleh Keyes, Huppert dan So, Diener, dan Seligman. Konsep-konsep tersebut dapat digunakan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, seperti pernikahan, relationship, akademi, serta individu yang menyelesaikan tugas perkembangan tertentu.
