MENGUKUR KEPUASAN MAHASISWA BERDASARKAN KINERJA DOSEN DALAM PROSES PERKULIAHAN (Studi Empiris di Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto)

Penelitian ini berjudul "Mengukur kepuasan mahasiswa berdasarkan kinerja dosen di kelas (Studi Empiris di Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto)". Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah "Keinginan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa di Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto dalam hal keandalan, responsevenes, tangibles, empati dan jaminan berdasarkan kinerja perkuliahan di kelas dan ingin tahu proporsi kepuasan mahasiswa yang dihasilkan dari kinerja dosen di kelas ". Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto dalam hal keandalan, responsivenes, tangibles, empati dan jaminan memiliki hubungan yang kuat dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja kuliah di kelas. Proporsi kepuasan mahasiswa yang dihasilkan dari kinerja kuliah di kelas masing-masing variabel kepuasan reliability, responsiveness, tangibles, empathy dan jaminan yaitu berturut turut sebesar 44,4%, 71, 9%, 79,8%, 73,3% dan 79,8%.
