Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Pembelajaran Tarikh menggunakan Metode Gallery walk di SMA Muhammadiyah Sokaraja Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020. Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif.  Subjek Penelitiannya kelas X MIPA dan X IPS SMA Muhammadiyah Sokaraja tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 dengan jumlah siswa 35 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui dua cara, yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisisnya yaitu menggunakan rumus statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Gallery walk efektif diterapkan untuk pembelajaran Tarikh. Hal ini dibuktikan dari analisis statistik deskriptif pada tabel kriteria efektivitas  berada pada rentang nilai antara 51-75 yang dikategorikan efektif dengan presentase 60%. Keefektifan metode Gallery walk juga dibuktikan dengan hasil belajar yang dianalisis dengan  tabel kategori standar skala lima berada pada rentang nilai 00-54 yaitu hasil belajar siswa yang dikategorikan sangat rendah dengan presentase 63%.
