Pelatihan Sistem Informasi Jaringan Elektronik Melalui Perizinan Online Kabupaten Garut

ABSTRAK
Pemerintah Daerah di seluruh Indonesia, dalam khususnya Kabupaten Garut memiliki tantangan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas dalam proses perizinan. Perubahan dalam aplikasi perizinan memerlukan pelatihan teknologi informasi untuk memastikan staf tetap up-to-date dengan perkembangan terbaru dan meningkatkan efisiensi kerja. Pelatihan Sistem Informasi Jaringan Elektronik Melalui Perizinan Online (SIJEMPOL) dilakukan dengan metode difusi ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Pelatihan ini melibatkan simulasi pendaftaran izin, pemeriksaan berkas, pemrosesan izin, pencetakan Surat Keputusan (SK), dan pengarsipan dokumen secara elektronik. Peserta pelatihan adalah staf DPMPTSP dan perwakilan dari Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) terkait. Pelatihan ini meningkatkan kompetensi peserta dalam menggunakan sistem perizinan online. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa peserta merasa puas dan mendapatkan manfaat dari materi dan metode yang disampaikan. Dengan pemahaman yang baik tentang penggunaan SIJEMPOL, diharapkan layanan perizinan di Kabupaten Garut dapat menjadi lebih efisien, transparan, dan akuntabel, serta meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik.
ABSTRACT
Regional governments throughout Indonesia, especially Garut Regency, have challenges in increasing efficiency, transparency, and accountability in the licensing process. Changes in licensing applications require information technology training to ensure staff stay up-to-date with the latest developments and improve work efficiency. The Electronic Network Information System Through Online Licensing (SIJEMPOL) training is carried out using the method of diffusion of science and technology. This training involves simulating permit registration, checking files, processing permits, printing Decree (SK), and filing documents electronically. The training participants were DPMPTSP staff and representatives from related Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD). This training improves the competence of participants in using the online licensing system. The results of the evaluation showed that participants felt satisfied and benefited from the material and methods presented. With a good understanding.
