UPAYA STRATEGI MEMPERTAHANKAN BISNIS IKAN UD.RIZKY DI TENGAH PANDEMI COVID-19

ABSTRAK
Dampak COVID-19 terjadi diseluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia. Di Indonesia banyak perusahaan UKM yang terkena dampaknya, salah satunya UD.RIZKY. Saya mengangkat tema “Upaya UD.RIZKY Dalam Mempertahankan Bisnis Di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19”. Tema tersebut diangkat agar mampu mengetahui upaya apa saja yang dilakukan dalam sebuah perusahaan UKM di tengah pandemi covid-19. Berdasarkan analisis dan pembahasan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa UD.RIZKY mampu bertahan di tengah pandemi Covid-19, dengan segala usaha yang dilakukan membuat bisnis ini tetap berjalan meskipun banyak kesulitan yang tengah dialami. Di masa pandemi ini, UD.RIZKY mengalami penurunan permintaan dari pelanggan, hal ini juga membuat menurunnya pendapatan jauh dari sebelumnya. UD.RIZKY merupakan bisnis supplie ikan, tentu ikan merupakan makanan pokok, dengan hal tersebut juga membuat bisnis ini masih dapat bertahan ditengah pandemi COVID-19.
