Kosmik Hukum is committed to establishing an international academic forum dedicated to facilitating cross-border legal research within the spheres of legal policies and regulatory issues, with a specific emphasis on the complexities inherent to developing and emerging countries. This comprehensive initiative spans across diverse areas of legal jurisprudence, encompassing civil law, criminal law, constitutional and administrative law, customary institution law, religious jurisprudence law, international regime law, legal pluralism governance, and a dedicated section devoted to addressing contemporary issues within the field of legal scholarship.
Peer Review Process
Some policies in the review of Kosmik Hukum:
- The reviewers will review the submitted article that follows the guidelines and template of the journal provided
- The review process in this journal employs a double-blind peer-review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa.
- In the review process, the article will be reviewed by at least two reviewers to ensure the quality of the article.
- In the review process, the reviewers ensure the quality of the articles of their title, abstract, discussion, and conclusion. Besides, the reviewers also address the novelty and its contribution to the scientific discussion and verify the plagiarism and ethics of publication.
- The reviewer also provides feedback on whether the article is accepted, rejected, or needs minor or major revision.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
This journal is open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to users or / institutions. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to full-text articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or author. This is in accordance with Budapest Open Access Initiative.
