The variables Affective Commitment, Continuous Commitment and Normative Commitment have a significant effect together (simultaneously) on the Motivation variable. The results of the partial test (t test) show that the Affective Commitment and Normative Commitment variables have a partially significant effect on the motivation variable. Meanwhile, the Continuous Commitment variable has no significant effect on the Motivation variable
