Menavigasi Risiko Metode Pembayaran Cash On Delivery (COD) dalam E-Commerce : Kajian Kasus Shopee di Indonesia

E-Commerce termasuk di Indonesia, berkembang pesat karena kemajuan ekonomi dan teknologi. Cash On Delivery (COD) adalah metode pembayaran yang populer, terutama di platform seperti Shopee. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi risiko pembatalan pesanan COD di Shopee dan memberikan wawasan untuk e-commerce di masa depan. Dengan menggunakan metode perpustakaan, data dari berbagai sumber dan kebijakan Shopee dikumpulkan. Faktor penyebab pembatalan COD antara lain keputusan pembeli, kekurangan dana, kesalahan pemesanan, kesulitan komunikasi, dan kerusakan barang. Penjual yang menggunakan COD berisiko kehilangan tenaga, keuangan, waktu, dan kinerja toko. Meskipun Shopee menerapkan beberapa strategi manajemen risiko, diperlukan perbaikan dalam kebijakan pembayaran COD
