Abstract

The aim of this study was to find out the effect of perceived organizational support, career development, and work life balance on turnover intention. This research used quantitative methods with the research subject is the employees of generation Z in state-owned banks in Semarang city. Data was collected through google form with a total of 135 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis method using SPSS version 23. Based on the results of data analysis, it could be inferred that (1) perceived organizational support has a  significant effect on turnover intention, (2) career development has a significant effect on turnover intention, (3) work life balance has a significant effect on turnover intention.
