Pengaruh Pyschological Well-Being Dan Work-Life Balance Terhadap Mental Health Melalui Social Support Pada Wirausahawan Generasi Z Di Indonesia

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi dampak psychological well-being dan work-life balance terhadap mental health wirausahawan generasi Z di Indonesia, dengan mempertimbangkan social support sebagai variabel mediator. Latar belakang penelitian ini mencakup tingginya stres dan permasalahan mental health yang dihadapi generasi ini dalam dunia kewirausahaan. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei daring kepada 188 responden, data dianalisis menggunakan metode PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa psychological well-being memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap mental health dan social support, sedangkan work-life balance tidak memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap mental health. Social support terbukti memediasi hubungan antara psychological well-being dan mental health. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya penguatan psychological well-being dan work-life balance untuk meningkatkan mental health wirausahawan generasi Z, serta menekankan perlunya strategi manajemen waktu dan social support untuk menghadapi tantangan mental health dalam kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi kebijakan dan program mental health dalam ekosistem kewirausahaan Indonesia.
