Revolusi Industri 4.0 adalah sebuah transformasi besar yang mengubah cara perusahaan beroperasi melalui adopsi teknologi canggih seperti Internet of Things (IoT), kecerdasan buatan (AI), big data, dan otomatisasi. Adanya peran perilaku inovatif karyawan atau innovative work behavior merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam kesuksesan perusahaan di era digital. Perilaku inovatif adalah kemampuan karyawan untuk mengeksplorasi ide, menghasilkan solusi, dan menerapkan ide-ide baru dalam pekerjaan mereka untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi. Namun, tanpa pengelolaan yang baik, adopsi teknologi baru seperti Industri 4.0 justru dapat memicu technostress, yang menghambat perilaku inovatif karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh techno adoption industri 4.0 terhadap technostress dengan variabel pemoderator innovative work behavior Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan Analisis Model Regresi dengan Interaksi. Jumlah sample dalam penelitian ini adalah 126 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan di PT. Gelindo Garmentama.
