Model Transformasi Strategis Umkm Batik Pringmas Berbasis Perubahan Lewin Dan Kolaborasi Triple Helix

UMKM memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun sektor ekonomi kreatif seperti batik masih menghadapi keterbatasan sumber daya, akses pasar, dan kerentanan terhadap guncangan eksternal. Penelitian mengenai proses perubahan strategis berbasis kolaborasi multi-heliks pada UMKM masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis transformasi UMKM Batik Pringmas di Banyumas menggunakan Model Perubahan Lewin, Kerangka Triple Helix, dan Analisis Medan Gaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan thematic analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan Bank Indonesia memicu fase unfreezing, sementara fase change ditandai oleh pembentukan struktur internal baru meski menghadapi fluktuasi partisipasi anggota. Sinergi Triple Helix berkontribusi signifikan dalam memperkuat fase refreezing dan mengatasi hambatan internal. Studi ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan perubahan terstruktur dan ekosistem kolaboratif bagi keberlanjutan UMKM batik.
