Manajemen Perubahan UMKM Batik Pringmas Berbasis Pentahelix: Studi Komparatif Model Lewin dan Kotter

UMKM Batik Pringmas di Banyumas menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam mempertahankan keberadaannya di tengah persaingan global dan modernisasi industri tekstil. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model perubahan organisasi yang diterapkan pada UMKM Batik Pringmas dengan menggabungkan konsep Pentahelix dan membandingkan dua pendekatan manajemen perubahan, yaitu Model Perubahan Lewin dan Model 8 Langkah Kotter.Langkah Kotter. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus, melibatkan observasi, wawancara mendalam, diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD), dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi antara lima elemen Pentahelix (pemerintah, akademisi, bisnis, masyarakat, dan media) merupakan kunci untuk mendorong perubahan yang berkelanjutan. Model Perubahan Lewin efektif dalam menggambarkan dinamika dasar perubahan di UMKM, sedangkan Model 8 Langkah Kotter memberikan panduan lebih rinci untuk menciptakan urgensi, membentuk koalisi perubahan, dan membangun budaya inovasi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi kedua model perubahan berdasarkan pendekatan Pentahelix untuk memperkuat kapasitas sumber daya manusia, meningkatkan kolaborasi pemangku kepentingan, dan membangun keberlanjutan bisnis batik tradisional. Penelitian ini juga menawarkan implikasi praktis untuk strategi transformasi UMKM di era ekonomi kreatif yang berakar pada budaya lokal.
