Operational Performance: Peran Green Purchasing, Green Manufacturing, dan Technological Innovation

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh green purchasing dan green manufacturing terhadap operational performance dengan technological innovation sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 101 usaha mikro kecil dan menengah sektor makanan dan minuman di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green purchasing tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap operational performance, green purchasing tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap technological innovation, green manufacturing terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap operational performance, green manufacturing berpengaruh positif terhadap technological innovation, technological innovation berpengaruh positif terhadap operational performance. Hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa technological innovation tidak memediasi pengaruh green purchasing pada operational performance, namun technological innovation memediasi pegaruh green manufacturing pada operational performance.
