Abstract

ABSTRAK Telah dilakukan analisis merkuri dalam sediaan kosmetik body lotion menggunakan metode spektrofotometri serapan atom yang dimodifikasi dengan mercury vapour unit. Hasil validasi metode analisis meliputi linearitas r= 0,9876, batas deteksi 1,8919 ppb, batas kuantitasi 6,3066 ppb, presisi 98,3486% dan akurasi 88,25%. Hasil analisis merkuri dalam sediaan kosmetik body lotion menggunakan metode spektrofotometri serapan atom menunjukkan tidak terdeteksinya merkuri dalam sampel body lotion dari klinik-klinik kecantikan.
