Evaluasi Penggunaan Antibiotik pada Pasien Community-Acquired Pneumonia (Cap) di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit “X” Jakarta

Community Acquired Pneumonia (CAP) merupakan pneumonia yang berkembang pada pasien yang tidak ada kontak dengan fasilitas medis. Pengobatan CAP dapat diberikan antibiotik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi ketepatan penggunaan antibiotik di RS “X” Jakarta dengan parameter tepat obat, dosis, dan lama pemberian berdasarkan standar acuan berupa Drug Information Handbook 2009, AHFS Drug Information 2011, Pharmacotherapy A Phatophysiologic Approach 2014, Pharmacotherapy Handbook Ninth Edition 2015, John Hopkins Medicine 2015, Current Medical Diagnosis and Treatment 2016, Koda-Kimble 2013, dan PDPI 2014. Data penelitian menggunakan rekam medik pasien pneumonia rawat inap secara retrospektif dengan metode purposive random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari 96 sampel dihasilkan tepat dalam pemilihan jenis antibiotik sebesar 86,46%, tepat dosis 91,67%, dan tepat lama pemberian antibiotik 73,68%.
