Author Fees

RATIO: Reviu Akuntansi Kontemporer Indonesia is an open-access journal that upholds the principle of disseminating scientific knowledge widely and freely to the public. To support the sustainability of the publication process, management, and maintenance of journal quality, the following policy on author fees applies:

1. Article Submission:
   Authors are not charged any fees for submitting their manuscripts to the journal (Free of Charge).

2. Article Processing Charge (APC):
   If the submitted article is accepted for publication after the peer-review process, the author is subject to an Article Processing Charge (APC).
   This fee is used to cover the costs of peer review management, professional editing, DOI registration, online hosting, indexing, and long-term archiving.
   The amount of the APC is 850.000 IDR.

3. Waiver Policy:
   RATIO: Reviu Akuntansi Kontemporer Indonesia provides a waiver policy for authors who are unable to afford the publication fee, particularly for authors from developing countries or for special cases approved by the editorial board.
   Requests for a waiver must be submitted during the initial submission process, and decisions will be made before the review begins.

4. Publication Ethics:
   The journal ensures that the decision to accept or reject a manuscript is based solely on its academic merit and contribution to the field, not on the author’s ability to pay the publication fee.
