The glass waste generated from electrical appliances, household furniture and vehicle. Husk ash and agricultural waste are also are produced in Indonesia as an agricultural country. This problem raises the initiative to utilize both glass waste and rice husk ash be a partial replacement of cement materials for Self Compacting Concrete. SNI method is combined with the trial method so the proportion of material for 1 m3 of concrete is 885 kg coarse aggregate, fine aggregate consisting of 612.75 kg sand and 204.25 kg stone dust, 543 kg of cement and the use of glass waste and rice husk ash reduce the use of cement as much as 10%. Cement water factor used is 0.375. Master Glenium used as much as 1.5% of the cement. The result of slump flow test was 770 mm and it is include into the criteria of Self Compacting Concrete according EFNARC which is between 650-800 mm. The concrete compressive strength average which is 15.02 MPa in one day is converted into 28 days 44.2 MPa. Utilization of glass waste and rice husk ash can be waste solution and bring positive impact on environment, social and economic aspect by reducing the manufacture cost of concrete.
