Abstract

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research is to find out; (1) The positive and significant influence of the supervision of the education unit supervisor on the performance of teachers at SD Bantul Warung Bantul Yogyakarta (2) The positive and significant influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance; (3) The positive and significant influence between the supervision of the education unit supervisor and the leadership of the principal together on teacher performance. The population of this study was the Educators and Education Personnel of SD Bantul Warung, the sample in this study was 14 people. Primary data was collected with a questionnaire instrument.

The results showed; (1) there is a significant influence of the supervision of the education unit supervisor on the performance of the teachers of SD Bantul, Warung Bantul, Yogyakarta; (2) there is a significant influence of principal's leadership on teacher performance; (3) there is a significant effect of the supervision of the education unit supervisor and the leadership of the principal together on teacher performance.

ABSTRAK

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui; (1) Pengaruh positif dan signifikan supervisi pengawas satuan pendidikan terhadap kinerja guru di SD Bantul Warung Bantul Yogyakarta (2) Pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara supervisi pengawas satuan pendidikan dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan SD Bantul Warung, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 14 orang. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan instrumen kuesioner.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; (1) ada pengaruh yang signifikan supervisi pengawas satuan pendidikan terhadap kinerja guru SD Bantul Warung Bantul Yogyakarta; (2) ada pengaruh yang signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; (3) ada pengaruh yang signifikan supervisi pengawas satuan pendidikan dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru.
