ANALISIS PENERAPAN STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN PEER LESSON PADA PENDIDIKAN ANAK USIA DINI

Abstract


This study aims to describe systematically, factually and accurately regarding the application of peer lesson learning strategies in early childhood education. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The conclusion from this study is that the teacher's task in implementing peer lesson learning strategies in early childhood is to make plans, prepare media, learning tools and materials, carry out learning according to the syntax of peer lesson learning strategies and evaluate learning processes and outcomes. The advantages of peer lesson learning strategies in early childhood are fun learning, children discover their own knowledge based on experience and investigation of their five senses, fostering the character of responsibility, curiosity, independence, critical thinking, creativity, tolerance, and courage. Obstacles in implementing peer lesson learning strategies in early childhood are the factors of busy parents so that attention and assistance with learning tasks at home cannot be maximized. The teacher's efforts in overcoming the obstacles found when implementing peer lesson learning are by coordinating with parents, preparing other learning resources with digital media such as YouTube preparing media, tools and learning materials. Student learning outcomes have a success rate of student learning "Successful According to Expectations" reaching 85.75%
