UPAYA MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN MATERI BANGUN DATAR DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PjBL PADA SISWA KELAS I SD MUHAMMADIYAH ALAM SURYA MENTARI

Abstract


This research aims to improve students' understanding and learning outcomes by using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model. This research design uses classroom action research with two cycles. The stages in this cycle consist of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this research were all class I B students of SD Muhammadiyah Alam Surya Mentari. The results of this research show that implementing the PjBL model can improve student understanding and learning outcomes. This increase in understanding is evidenced by the number of students who succeeded in achieving the learning objectives created in cycle I as many as 8 students with a classical learning completion percentage of 62% then increasing again in cycle II to 92% with 12 students successfully achieving the learning objective criteria. Increasing student learning outcomes and student understanding of the material studied using the PjBL learning model is said to be successful because it has met the success indicators that have been set.
