The purpose of writing this article is to analyze further the application of Character Education in mathematical learning to develop the character of learners in MI, because when viewed there are still many learners' behaviors that are still minimal in character education. In accordance with the objectives of Indonesian Education stated in law no. 20 of 2003 that the purpose of national Education is to develop the potential of learners. Hence the importance of Character Education early on, that is, starting from the bench of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Later, for the method used in this study is the literature study method. The results of literature studies such as journals, articles, or books in this study are able to support character education in general as well as specifically as in mathematical learning. The application of character education in mathematical learning to develop the character education of learners adapted to learning adapted to the needs of learners in mathematical learning as well as their objectives.References
