MANAJEMEN HUMAS DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENDAFTARAN PESERTA DIDIK BARU

This research is motivated by the role of public relations as a form of extension between the school and the community with the hope that the results achieved by the institution can be recognized by public relations targets, so that public relations targets will actively participate in realizing the institution's goals. The objectives of this research are: (1) To know the planning of public relations management in increasing the registration of new students at MTs Miftahussalam 1, (2) To know the implementation of public relations management in increasing the registration of new students at MTs Miftahussalam 1, (3) To know the evaluation of public relations management in increasing registration of new students at MTs Miftahussalam 1, and (4) Knowing the results of registration of new students at MTs Miftahussalam 1. This research uses qualitative research methods using a descriptive approach presented in the first and second chapters, which respectively discuss the introduction and foundation theory, while the third chapter is in the form of a conclusion. In this research the author will use interview, observation and documentation methods as well as collecting valid documents and data. The results of the research are planning consisting of programs that attract students, forming a committee for student admission. The implementation of public relations management is socialization in elementary schools in the madrasah environment, socialization through online media, creating events that attract the interest of prospective students. The evaluation stage is carried out with the monitoring of the principal and student affairs
