Abstract

It is very important for the world of Islamic education to understand their managerial job analysis in order to be able to manage their human resources well. As doctoral and master's candidates who have the opportunity to become leaders, they are obliged to implement human resource management in their organizational environment in order to be able to create a healthy and appropriate work environment in carrying out the responsibilities of each employee. Because when an organization can achieve its desired goals, it contains human resources that are quality and optimal in their utilization. The discussion of this article provides knowledge to readers including the meaning of job analysis, the concept of job analysis, the stages of job analysis, aspects analyzed in job analysis, data collection methods or techniques in job analysis, and the relationship between job analysis and human resource management. . Job analysis is the process of reviewing and collecting information systematically and thoroughly about the responsibilities and tasks given to each employee for an organization. The aspects analyzed include work output, activities, abilities and reward structure. The method used depends on the conditions or needs of the organization itself. However, the most important thing is that it is systematic, neat and accurate which will ultimately become a reference in the management process. Job analysis is carried out at the beginning of the human resource planning process. Then the results are used in overall human resource management decision making
