Abstract

This study aims to reveal the dynamics and problems of implementing the foundation of education in elementary schools, especially at SD Negeri 1 Nagarawangi. The method used is a qualitative approach with an interview method to obtain in-depth data related to the dynamics and problems of the Educational Foundation at SDN 1 Nagarawangi. Data were collected through observation and interviews with principals and teachers, as well as documentation. The results showed that the educational foundation plays an important role as a guideline in overcoming elementary school problems, such as bullying and differences in student characteristics. However, its implementation still faces obstacles, including limited teacher time, lack of parental involvement, and challenges in adjusting to student conditions and the demands of the times.  Recommendations from this study include improving the quality of teachers through continuous training, strengthening collaboration with parents, and providing adequate facilities and infrastructure to support the learning process.
