Abstract

The implementation of the Multiple Intelligence  approach in education aims to address the diverse learning styles and abilities of students. This study explores the application of MI theory in the development of students' talents and interests, with a focus on enhancing their academic and personal growth. Howard Gardner's MI theory posits that individuals possess different types of intelligences, such as linguistic, logical-mathematical, spatial, musical, bodily-kinesthetic, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalistic intelligence. By recognizing and fostering these intelligences, educators can create a more inclusive and effective learning environment. This research examines how integrating MI into teaching methods can help identify and nurture students’ innate abilities and passions. Through various instructional strategies and activities tailored to specific intelligences, students can engage in learning experiences that resonate with their strengths and interests. The study also evaluates the impact of MI-based teaching on student motivation, self-confidence, and overall development. Findings suggest that when teachers adopt MI principles, students demonstrate greater enthusiasm and improved performance in areas aligned with their unique intelligences. This approach not only enhances academic achievement but also contributes to the holistic development of students, helping them discover and cultivate their true potential. The study underscores the importance of personalized education in fostering talent and interest among students.
