This study examines the human resource management in the MA NU Nahdlatul Fata Petekeyan Tahunan Jepara Educational Institution. The purpose of this study is to determine how planning in Education is related to the recruitment of educational staff, training and development as well as the challenges and opportunities faced in the management of human resource management. The method in this study uses qualitative methods with data collection through interviews and observations. The results of this study are that this madrasah has succeeded in integrating the religious values of Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), with a modern management approach by empowering alumni, the recruitment strategy carried out in this institution can run well and attract competent and highly committed young talents, so that the madrasah can continue to maintain the expected quality of education.

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang manajemen sumber daya manusia yang ada dalam Lembaga Pendidikan MA NU Nahdlatul Fata Petekeyan Tahunan Jepara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan dalam Pendidikan yterkait perekrutan tenaga kependidikan, pelatihan dan pengembangan serta tantangan dan peluang yang dihadapi dalam pengelolaan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa madrasah ini berhasil mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keagamaan Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), dengan pendekatan manajemen modern dengan memberdayakan alumni strategi perekrutan yang dilakukan dalam lembaga ini dapat berjalan dengan baik serta menarik bakat-bakat muda yang kompeten dan berkomitmen tinggi, sehingga madrasah dapat terus mempertahankan kualitas pendidikan yang diharapkan
