Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of using the Capit Buaya concrete media in enhancing the learning enthusiasm and understanding of the concept of number comparison among second-grade students at SDN Blimbing 1. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The research results show that the Crocodile Clip media helps students understand the concept of the symbols "<" and ">" in a concrete and enjoyable way. Observations show active student engagement in learning, increased focus, enthusiasm, and cooperation during the activities. Interviews also revealed that students found it easier to understand the material and were more enthusiastic about participating in math lessons. Thus, the Capit Buaya media has proven effective in supporting a contextual, interactive, and enjoyable learning process for elementary school students.
