Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas audit, pertumbuhan perusahaan, likuiditas dan solvabilitas terhadap opini audit going concern. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI (Bursa Efek Indonesia) pada tahun 2011-2013 terdiri dari 148 perusahaan. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling yang menghasilkan 92 perusahaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi logistik. Dalam penelitian ini dibuktikan bahwa kualitas audit berpengaruh signifikan positif, pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan negatif, rasio likuiditas berpengaruh signifikan negatif dan rasio solvabilitas berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap opini audit going concern.
