Respon Pertumbuhan Kultur Tunas Nodus Kentang (Solanum tuberosum) Pada Penambahan Berbagai Konsentrasi Asam Fulvat

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi asam humat dan asam fulvat yang berpengaruh paling baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan kultur tunas nodus kentang (Solanum tuberosum L.). Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) satu faktor perlakuan yaitu konsentrasi asam fulvat. Konsentrasi asam fulvat terdapat 11 taraf, (50, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000) mg.L-1, Variabel yang diamati adalah panjang eksplan, panjang ruas batang, jumlah daun, penampakan daun, berat basah dan kering eksplan, berat basah dan kering akar dan kandungan klorofil. Perlakuan asam fulvat berpengaruh nyata pada semua variabel kecuali panjang ruas batang dan jumlah daun. Pemberian asam fulvat akan efektif pada konsentrasi rendah dimana konsentrasi 50 mg.L-1 mendapatkan hasil paling baik pada hampir semua variabel.Â
