ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to identify the effectiveness of supply chain performance in the management of local food processing, to identify and analyze the factors that influence the effectiveness of the supply chain performance of local slondok food processing in Kenalan Village, Borobudur District, Magelang Regency. The method used is a quantitative method with multiple regression analysis. Determination of the research location using purposive sampling. The results of the study using multiple regression analysis show that the factors that influence the supply chain are skills, motivation, packaging, integration, and information sharing.
