PENGARUH KOMBINASI PUPUK NPK DAN PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BIBIT KELAPA SAWIT (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) DI PRE NURSERY

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of a combination of NPK fertilizer and liquid organic fertilizer on the growth of oil palm seedlings in pre-nursery. The research was conducted at KP2 Kalikuning, Stiper Agricultural Institute, located in Wedomartani Village, Ngemplak District, Sleman Regency, DIY. The altitude of the research area is 118 meters above sea level. The research was conducted from February 2022 to May 2022. The research used an experimental method with a single factorial design arranged in a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with a combination of fertilizer (NPK) and liquid organic fertilizer consisting of 5 levels, namely (NPK 100%) , (NPK 50% + POC 1%), (NPK 50% + POC 2%), (NPK 50% + POC 3%), (POC 2%). Each treatment was repeated 8 times to obtain 40 experimental units. The research data were analyzed by analysis of variance (Anova) at a real level of 5%. If there is a significant effect, a Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) is carried out at the 5% level. The results showed that the combination of NPK fertilizer and liquid organic fertilizer was able to produce oil palm seedling growth in the same pre-nursery and there was a significant effect between the combination of NPK fertilizer and liquid organic fertilizer on the height of the oil palm seedlings in the pre-nursery.
