TINGKAT KEBERHASILAN PROGRAM READ-SI DIDESA SAGA KECAMATAN BAJO KABUPATEN LUWU

This study aims to analyze the success rate of the READ-SI program in Saga Village, Bajo District. The research method used is the survey method with a questionnaire. A total sample of 71 respondents was selected by the census. Data analysis uses Smart Partial Least Square (Smart PLS) software. The results showed that the length of the farm and the age of the farmer had a direct but not significant positive effect on the success rate of the READ-SI program. The role of the supervisor as an educator and the role of the agricultural advisor as a motivator has a negative effect on the success rate of the READ-SI program.
