Analisis Usahatani Ayam Ras Petelur di Desa Kaduara Barat Kabupaten Pamekasan

Being a superior commodity in Kaduara Baran Village and still opening up promising potential in the laying hen livestock business, various obstacles arise starting from the issue of expensive feed prices, egg production and fluctuating egg prices. Price fluctuations are a problem that has quite an impact on farmers, both the impact on income and profit levels. Analysis in running a business needs to be done in an effort to get maximum and sustainable profits. To answer the problems faced by laying hen farmers above, it is necessary to conduct research on the analysis of laying hen farming. The method used in this research is a case study and sampling using Purposive sampling method and analysis of farm income and income, revenue over cost ratio (R/C ratio), comparison between the level of profit and costs incurred (B/C ratio), Break Event Point (BEP) and Payback Period (PP). The results obtained are that in one production period an income of Rp.574,738,200 is obtained with an R / C Ratio of 1.01, production BEP is 617,661 and price BEP is Rp.20,887, - and the payback period analysis is at 1.7 so it can be concluded that this laying hen farming business is feasible and still has good prospects even though the profits obtained are small.
