FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI MINAT PETANI MUDA DI KABUPATEN TEMANGGUNG

Penelitian ini berjudul factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat petani muda di Kabupaten Temanggung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat pemuda tani terhadap transformasi pertanian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode diskriptif, dengan cara survei atau wawancara pada responden atau sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dari 30 responden petani muda yang berumur sampai dengan 35 tahun. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive random sampling. Penelitian dilakukan di Kabupaten Temanggung dengan sampel area kecamatan Bejen dan Pringsurat. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis linear berganda. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat petani muda yaitu lingkungan ekonomi, lingkungan social dan teknologi yang mendukung dalam melakukan usaha tani kopi. Sedangkan kapasitas manajerial dan pemberdayaan tidak berpengaruh secara nyata terhadap minat petani muda.
