ANALISIS KELAYAKAN EKONOMI AGROINDUSTRI GULA KELAPA DI DESA JALATUNDA KECAMATAN MANDIRAJA

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya biaya dan pendapatan yang diperoleh petani pengrajin gula kelapa serta untuk mengetahui kelayakan ekonomi agroindustri gula kelapa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Responden diambil dengan metode Purposive Sampling (sengaja) dan ditentukan berjumlah 20 orang petani pengrajin pemilik, 10 orang petani pengrajin penggaduh dan 10 orang petani pengrajin penyewa. Hasil analisis menunjukan biaya produksi rata-rata petani pengrajin pemilik Rp.466.771,00/bulan, petani pengrajin penggaduh Rp.383.443,40/bulan dan petani pengrajin penyewa Rp.489.165,70/bulan. Produksi rata-rata petani pengrajin pemilik 145,75 kg/bulan, petani pengrajin penggaduh 81,60 kg/bulan dan petani pengrajin penyewa 150,70 kg/bulan. Pendapatan rata-rata petani pengrajin pemilik Rp.1.389,00/bulan, petani pengrajin penggaduh (Rp.122.323,40)/bulan dan petani pengrajin penyewa (Rp.6.925,70)/bulan. Besarnya nilai R/C untuk petani pengrajin pemilik 1,003, petani pengrajin penggaduh nilai 0,679, dan petani pengrajin penyewa 0,986.
